Counseling for individuals coping with grief and loss, illness, and other life transitions

My approach

There are so many changes in your life - both big and small - that can bring about feelings of grief and loss. Navigating these changes can feel so overwhelming at times, sometimes beyond what you might feel capable of holding on your own. You may be in uncharted territory and wonder about the uncertainty of the road ahead. You are looking for ways to process past experiences, cope with the present, and manage future challenges.

With over 13 years of experience in the world of grief and loss, I offer a space to express the thoughts and feelings you might not feel comfortable sharing with friends and family. I work from a compassion focused, strengths-based approach and believe that you are your own best expert in your needs. We will work collaboratively to forge a path forward, author a new life chapter, and bring about healing. Speciality areas include: grief counseling, bereavement, anticipatory grief, end-of-life, cancer, chronic illness, care for the caregiver, establishing continuing bonds, post-traumatic growth, and infertility.

It is a privilege to get to do this work and I look forward to supporting you. I encourage you to reach out to see if we might be a good fit.
